2. Digital Products

Everluts offers LUTs (Look-Up Tables) and other digital assets. All products are non-physical downloads delivered electronically after purchase.

We make every effort to display our LUTs accurately using previews, descriptions, and the LUT Editor. However, final results may vary depending on your project, software, and footage or photos.

3. Licensing & Usage Rights

When you purchase a LUT from Everluts, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use.

You may not:

  • Resell, distribute, or share the LUTs with others
  • Claim the LUTs as your own creation
  • Include LUTs in your own digital packs or software

You may:

  • Use LUTs in your personal or client projects
  • Monetize your work that uses our LUTs
  • Install the LUTs on multiple devices owned by you

4. Payments

All prices listed on Everluts are shown in the currency specified on the website. Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

We do not store your payment information.

5. Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase, you will receive:

  • A download link
  • An email confirmation with access to your files

Delivery is immediate. If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes, please contact us at hey@everluts.com.

6. Refund Policy

Because LUTs are digital goods and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Refunds may be offered only in cases where:

  • A duplicate order was made by mistake
  • A technical issue prevents access to the files

7. Account Registration

To access certain features (such as saving favorites or previews), you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Website Usage

You agree not to use Everluts for:

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website
  • Uploading harmful files or copyrighted materials to the LUT Editor

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the platform at any time.

All content on Everluts — including LUTs, visuals, branding, website design, and text — is owned by Everluts and protected by copyright law.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Everluts may use third-party tools or services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics). These parties have their own Terms & Privacy Policies, and we are not responsible for their actions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Everluts is not liable for:

  • Any issues caused by the user's editing software or hardware
  • Losses related to business, revenue, or data
  • Incorrect usage or installation of LUTs

Our tools are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted function.

Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
